A dedicated space for children and adolescents

Children don’t have to tell their whole story. They don’t need to articulate adult concepts. They simply need safety and a modality that works with their subconscious, not against it. My approach blends clinical understanding, therapeutic techniques and playfully attuned intuition, I have created a space where young people feel seen and supported.
Parental involvement and consent are required, and sessions are always conducted within ethical and professional boundaries.

Emotional regulation and confidence support

Children and adolescents experience stress differently to adults — often through behaviour, emotions, sleep, learning, or confidence.

I provide gentle, developmentally appropriate support to help young people:

  • Build emotional regulation skills

  • Reduce anxiety and overwhelm

  • Improve confidence and self-belief

  • Navigate transitions, school stress, or big emotions

Sessions are tailored to the child’s age, needs, and nervous system — always prioritising safety, trust, and rapport.

 

Study and learning support

Hypnotherapy-based techniques can support:

  • Develop focus, motivation and study skills
  • Exam anxiety

  • Memory and recall

  • Motivation and confidence around learning
